Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow new and existing accounts within the enterprise sector.
  • Engage with C-level executives, business leaders to identify and secure Digital Workplace opportunities.
  • Grow new sales across all portfolios with both non-Ricoh customers and within Ricoh’s existing customer base.
  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring over 50% of new business is self-sourced through proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business transformation.

To be successful in this role:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales and account management, selling hardware, software solutions and professional services
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Ability to engage with both business and technical decision-makers in customer organisations.
  • Strong sales skills & methodology, including business justification, negotiation, and closing
