We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agreement Senior Specialist to lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of RSL LifeCare’s Enterprise Agreement (EA) strategy, negotiation, and implementation.
This pivotal role combines strategic thinking, hands-on project delivery, and deep industrial relations expertise to ensure successful EA outcomes that meet our organisational goals, comply with legislation, and foster a positive and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE WILL SEE YOU:

Develop and lead the organisation

  • ‘s EA strategy in line with operational and workforce needs
  • Plan and execute EA negotiations, including stakeholder consultations, union engagement, and compliance with technical requirements of the Fair Work Act
  • Manage the EA lifecycle as a formal project, including timelines, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communications
  • Drive implementation and change management initiatives post-EA approval, including training, communications, and system updates
  • Provide expert advice on EA interpretation, modern awards, and industrial relations legislation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders, unions, and regulatory bodies.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE WE WOULD EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

A Bachelor

  • ‘s degree in Law, HR, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline
  • Significant experience in project management within HR or IR contexts
  • Proven experience leading or supporting enterprise agreement negotiations and implementations
  • A strong understanding of the Fair Work Act, modern awards, and EA processes
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with unions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex IR concepts into clear, accessible language
  • High attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with confidentiality
  • Experience in large, unionised and complex organisations
  • Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, etc) highly regarded
