Enterprise AI Strategists – Process Automation & Business Intelligence

We help our clients automate their processes with data, AI and agents, build the foundations to scale AI, and modernize their IT. We do this with the enterprise platforms that already run their business: SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Databricks, Snowflake and Camunda. Together with our clients, we take Enterprise AI and AI agents from pilots to measurable results: faster processes, higher quality, lower cost and better decisions.

• Your impactYou'll develop Enterprise AI strategies for agentic process automation and business intelligence with our clients and translate them into prioritized use cases, value cases and roadmaps.
• You'll lead client initiatives from readiness assessment through pilot to enterprise-wide rollout, steering business, IT and partner teams with agile and traditional methods.
• You'll shape the foundations for scaling: AI and data architectures, agent orchestration, security concepts and governance on our clients' enterprise platforms.
• You'll drive the organizational transformation – processes, roles and ways of working – so that people and AI agents work together effectively and results last.

• What you bringYou have hands-on project experience with the AI and agent suite of at least one leading enterprise platform – SAP Business AI with Joule Studio, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry, ServiceNow Now Assist and AI Agents, Databricks Mosaic AI, Genie and Agent Bricks, Snowflake Intelligence and Cortex AI, or Camunda Agentic Orchestration.
• You have several years of experience in IT strategy consulting or IT leadership, including responsibility for transformation and implementation projects.
• You combine this with a sound understanding of data and AI architectures, agentic systems and IT security.
• You are confident working with senior management and experienced in change management.
• You hold a university degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, economics or a comparable field and are fluent in German and English.
