In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of core enterprise systems, including NetSuite, OpenAir, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Slack, and other key platforms used across the organization.
Your work will go far beyond traditional system support. You’ll play a vital role in driving workflow automation and AI-powered solutions, leveraging tools like Microsoft Copilot or other enterprise LLM based assistants to streamline processes across IT, Finance, HR, and Operations.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional IT teams, and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions that align with evolving business needs. This position offers significant growth potential in cloud application management, AI-driven automation, and solution design—ideal for someone eager to expand their technical capabilities while making a measurable impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an enterprise application support or administrator role, working with business systems like NetSuite, Dayforce, Jira, Slack or similar platforms. Demonstrated experience with Copilot or other enterprise LLM based assistants.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and system administration.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience with integration tools like Azure Functions, or Data Factory is desirable but not required.
  • Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience administering multiple enterprise applications simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of data flows, data integrations, and troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira.
  • Knowledge of IT best practices related to security, data management, and system performance.
Don’t meet every single requirement? We strongly encourage you to still apply! At D2L, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
