Description La Terra Fina is looking for an experienced Enterprise Applications Administrator for a hybrid role based in Union City, CA. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the company’s enterprise software systems. This role is crucial to the successful administration, integration, and optimization of our application portfolio, which includes Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, WMS, HRIS, CRM, EDI, BI tools, and other key business platforms. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong understanding of SaaS administration, application support, and business process alignment. This role ensures that applications are configured for optimal performance and data integrity, while supporting end-user adoption and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements Enterprise Application Administration Serve as the primary admin for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance, SCM, WMS, Procurement), ensuring role-based access, workflows, and data integrity Administer other enterprise tools, including HRIS (Paylocity), CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power BI, EDI, Redzone, BluePlanner, and M365 Manage user provisioning, role assignment, deprovisioning, and access audits across all platforms Monitor scheduled jobs and system performance, resolve failures, and escalate to vendors when necessary Coordinate and test Oracle quarterly patches/releases in collaboration with internal and AMS resources Application Support & Ticket Management Own L2/L3 support for all enterprise applications, triaging and resolving issues in coordination with IT helpdesk and vendors Work closely with business users to analyze problems, enhance user experience, and document fixes Log, prioritize, and track application support tickets using the internal ITSM tool (e.g., Freshservice) Integration & Vendor Coordination Collaborate with IT and business analysts to ensure integrations between systems (e.g., Oracle ERP to WMS, EDI, HRIS) are functioning and reliable Liaise with vendors (Oracle, Intellinum, SPS Commerce, etc.) for escalated support, enhancements, and license management Participate in vendor evaluations for new enterprise tools and modules Team Leadership Directly manage the Business Analysts and Systems Integration Engineer roles Provide technical guidance and prioritization support to ensure team alignment on business-critical tasks and integrations Foster professional development and performance feedback for direct reports Required Knowledge & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field 7+ years of experience administering enterprise applications, including at least 2 years with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Familiarity with ERP modules such as Finance, SCM, WMS, Procurement, and Oracle user provisioning tools Experience with SaaS platforms, including HRIS, collaboration tools, EDI systems, BI/reporting tools, and other enterprise applications (e.g., Redzone, TraceGains, BluePlanner etc.) Strong understanding of role-based access controls, data workflows, and integration touchpoints Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills Experience in food manufacturing or regulated industries preferred This is a Hybrid role, three days in our Union City office Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of working on a computer Ability to occasionally lift and transport IT equipment (up to 25 lbs) Must be able to participate in after-hours testing or emergency troubleshooting, if needed This description is not intended to be a complete list of duties or tasks but to provide a guideline of key responsibilities.
