Enterprise Applications Manager Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 Depending on Experience Location: Onsite in Cornelius, NC Why the Role Exists As companies grow, their technology stack grows with them — and eventually, someone needs to own the big picture.This role is for a professional who enjoys connecting people, platforms, and partners to make sure business-critical systems actually work the way they should. You’ll sit at the center of multiple teams and external partners, ensuring clarity, momentum, and delivery across a complex systems environment.If you enjoy being the person who brings alignment, asks the tough questions, and keeps work moving forward — this role will feel rewarding. What You Will Spend Your Time Doing Own relationships with external technology partners and agencies Serve as the go-to person for vendor coordination and delivery tracking Translate business needs into clear plans, priorities, and expectations Keep initiatives moving by managing timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups Lead vendor check-ins and progress reviews Step in early when things drift off track — and bring them back into focus Partner closely with internal teams across Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology Bring structure and visibility to work that spans multiple vendors and systems Document ownership, scope, and delivery commitments so nothing falls through the cracks Systems You’ll Be Around (Not Hands-On Development) You’ll work closely with vendors supporting systems such as: Payroll and HR platforms Financial and accounting systems Online commerce tools Customer and franchise-facing platforms Support and ticketing systems Workflow automation and data integrations AI and emerging technology initiatives You won’t be configuring or coding these systems. You’ll be ensuring the right work gets done by the right partners. What You Will Need Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience managing technology vendors, agencies, or external partners Background owning or supporting business applications or enterprise systems such as: Netsuite ADP Shopify Hubspot Celigo ChatGPT Zendesk FranConnect Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams Comfortable pushing for clarity, accountability, and results Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to work through ambiguity and create structure Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology Prior experience in the fitness industry is a plus If you enjoy bringing structure to complex systems, holding partners accountable, and making sure work actually gets done, we’d love to hear from you.
