Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Architecture function at AXA Health, ideally with experience working in a Salesforce environment, to help us make our goals a reality.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work primarily on a greenfield programme working with enterprise architects, solution architects, product owners and engineers in agile delivery teams in the design and development of our new Salesforce centred insurance and customer platform. Our new strategic platform is built using SaaS and Cloud hosted PaaS components, with following Salesforce cloud components at it’s core - Service, Sales, Health and Marketing cloud as well as Salesforce Industries products (formerly Vlocity).
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the definition, design and communication of digital first solutions for our strategic insurance and customer platform
- Evaluating solution options, integration patterns and recommending the right one for a given situation ensuring compliance with company standards
- Responsible for the architecture of a given domain, contributing to the architecture runway and target architecture
- Ensuring appropriate governance processes are adhered to
- Working within an agile program and teams, adhering to Scrum or Kanban principles
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across the IT department, proactively assessing emerging technology / solutions for our business
- Working with security and data protection officers so that solution is secure by design and compliant
