  • Proven experience of the financial services industry, systems and technologies, especially Wealth Management and Superannuation.
  • Strong experience in architecture, developing, leading and governing architecture solutions involving a range of technologies.
  • Proven experience defining and driving strategic change through technology and influencing stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to frame technology options in commercial frameworks, managing trade-offs between short- and long-term needs
  • Proven experience in developing target states architectures, roadmaps with the ability to influence, guide, coach, technology teams to implement.
  • Proven commitment to comply with regulations, policies, and process.Understanding of emerging external innovation/disruption trend

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities [3-4 exciting contributions this role will make]

  • Developing architecture blueprints, domain architectures, solution architectures and roadmaps for strategically significant parts of our organisation.
  • Supporting and guiding Solution Architects to ensure solutions are aligned to target state architecture.
  • Oversee solution development for significant programs / projects
  • Structuring and managing the architecture governance for the ARB (Architecture Review Board) and SAF (Solution Architecture Forum).
  • Working with teams to align architecture governance and methods.
  • Active engagement with the COO LT and CFS more broadly to align business and technology outcomes.Documenting, maintaining, and communicating the overarching CFS architecture and roadmap
