MANDATORY SKILLS

• In depth knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS, including end to end integration.
• Strong understanding of customer onboarding processes, order fulfillment, billing, payment, supply chain management, and network provisioning.
• Familiarity with common Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Proficient in distributed systems and microservices design patterns.
• Experience with PCRF, discounting, quotations, refunds, and charging for Telecom customers.
• AWS Solution Architect certification with knowledge of security, authentication, API Gateway, and serverless architectures.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience working with enterprise architecture tools in organizational settings.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Experience in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, specifically within the Telecom OSS/BSS domain.
• Proven track record of successful architecture design and implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Model and design efficient architectures while evaluating relevant technologies.
• Analyze existing architectures and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with Frontend Architects, Security Architects, and other stakeholders to develop optimal architecture and design solutions.
• Design and document new architectures considering scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Identify opportunities for technology enhancements and improvements.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential applications.
• Work with departmental leads to ensure alignment between business and technology strategies.
• Engage with multiple business teams, stakeholders, and partners (e.g., Amazon, Target, Walmart, Apple).
• Utilize enterprise architecture tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io, Figma) to create and present architectural designs.
