Responsibilities
  • Shape ICT Strategy: Lead the development of enterprise-wide ICT strategy aligned with organisational goals, considering service, workforce, financial, and regulatory impacts.
  • Architectural Planning: Define and apply enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and standards to guide long-term technology direction.
  • Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain a future-focused technology roadmap that supports scalable, cost-effective service delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Consult with internal and inter-governmental stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic ICT planning.
  • Solution Design: Contribute to service planning and design technology-enabled solutions that reflect the organisation’s strategic intent.
  • Vendor & Solution Evaluation: Research, assess, and recommend solutions and vendors using rigorous evaluation criteria (cost, capability, compliance, etc.).
  • Drive Innovation: Explore emerging technologies to support service transformation and maintain competitive digital capabilities
