POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Enterprise Architect is a critical individual contributor role on our growing Customer team. In this role, you will work with our enterprise customers (primarily post-sales, but also as part of sales processes) to plan for the deployment of OfferFit in the context of their complex and evolving tech stacks. As the expert in OfferFit’s integration patterns and our customers’ tech stacks, you will play a key role supporting our customers and expert services team in setting up integration workflows in a way that synergizes with our customers’ tendencies and patterns. In the case of novel integration workflows, you will take a lead role in development effort (including getting access to customer environments as needed), working with implementation and product partners as needed, and subsequently supporting productization efforts. Finally, on sales pursuits you will assist sales teams with architecture and data management scoping in cases with novel and experimental use cases, instances of high architectural complexity (e.g., unfamiliar/homegrown tools), or in the context of large deals or expansions with multiple business units with different stacks.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Up to 20% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events
