You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and use your expertise to develop a high-level enterprise-wide IT architecture that maps IT capabilities to business needs. You will be expected to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive knowledge of our solutions offerings, strategies, and direction as it relates to the customer’s business, infrastructure, and industry. In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to be a skilled communicator, able to influence customers and sell our solutions using your in-depth knowledge of leading-edge technology solutions and your understanding of their business and industry. Required Technical and Professional Expertise •5 years of experience designing Enterprise Architecture •Ability to architect, design and implement IT infrastructure and platforms within a large operating organization •Knowledge utilizing TOGAF, Zachman framework, or other related enterprise architect technologies •Fluency (both written and spoken) in French and English Preferred Technical and Professional Experience •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field •Experience with one or more of the cloud technologies Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
