About us
We are a fast-growing, technology-led conveyancing firm transforming the home-moving experience. We’re pioneering digital-first legal services that are faster, clearer and more customer-centric. As we scale, we’re investing in enterprise technology and data architecture to future-proof our platform and operations.
The Role

This role will be instrumental in shaping the architecture of our digital ecosystem, with a focus on scalable data infrastructure, GenAI integration, and enterprise-grade systems that support our growth ambitions.
This is a strategic leadership role with influence across the entire business—from product to operations to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the enterprise architecture roadmap across data, applications, infrastructure and AI.
  • Design scalable data and information architectures that enable secure interoperability and actionable insights.
  • Develop architectural blueprints for integrating GenAI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and risk frameworks.
  • Provide strategic leadership across all technology domains, aligning business vision with enterprise systems design.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, ops, engineering, legal) to ensure architecture supports business agility and growth.
  • Introduce architectural governance and guardrails that enable autonomy while maintaining consistency and compliance.
  • Lead vendor selection, integration strategies and third-party platform evaluations.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in an Enterprise Architect role within a mid-large scale organisation.
  • Background in ecommerce, fintech, legaltech or similar digital service sectors.
  • Deep expertise in data architecture and information governance.
  • Demonstrable experience in AI and GenAI architecture, ideally including platform selection and integration.
  • Strong grasp of microservices, APIs, cloud-native systems (e.g. AWS, Azure), and security by design.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence at C-level.
  • Experience working in agile environments, ideally in product-led organisations.
