Description
As an Enterprise Architect in OTP Bank, you will be responsible for bank-level architectural activities.   You will be required to understand and apply OTP standards and guidelines in design work, while also creating architecture vision and high-level design documents, recognizing the connections between projects, uncovering possible gaps, and formulating solutions.  From a strategic perspective, you will be involved in reviewing and developing existing standards, principles, and guidelines used in OTP Bank by the architects.  Key responsibilities: Aligning enterprise architecture with the organization's strategic goals and enabling business transformation through capability-based planning  Designing and maintaining enterprise-level architecture blueprints that reflect business capabilities, processes, and IT systems  Mapping and maintaining business capabilities and aligning them with IT capabilities and architectural components  Collaborating with other architecture areas within the Bank to develop strategic materials and designs  Ensuring architectural compliance of solution designs with enterprise architecture principles and target states  Providing strategic architectural guidance during project initiation and planning phases  Following trends and utilizing knowledge in light of current and future IT and business needs  Ensuring and supervising the consistent application of IT architecture principles and standards  Developing and continuously updating the list of technologies, strategic building block solutions and IT application architecture modeling system  Providing architectural leadership and decision support on enterprise-wide IT initiatives  Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field  Minimum 3 years of experience as an application, or enterprise architect  Strong knowledge of architectural principles and design patterns (TOGAF, BIAN)  Broad and current knowledge of enterprise technologies, platforms, and integration patterns  Experience in designing complex, enterprise level architectures  Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and deployment models (e.g. on-prem, hybrid, cloud-native)  Experience in business requirement assessment, and high level architecture design  Ability to offer IT solutions to meet business requirements  Ability to work alone, or in a group  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams  Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills  Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to participate in technical and strategic discussions in international settings  Other skills and certifications: TOGAF certification is preferred BIAN certification is preferred Familiarity with banking terminology, products, business processes, relevant laws and regulations is an advantage Why it is good to join us: Hungary's largest financial player provides you with predictability, stability, and development opportunities As an innovative employer, we offer a comprehensive training system, career opportunities, and support in your professional development A friendly, open team awaits you, where we provide solutions to our customers' needs every day and also pay attention to each other We offer competitive benefit and cafeteria package We provide a private health insurance service package and support your health fund and voluntary pension savings We offer numerous employee discounts (e.g., for mobile phones, loans, bank accounts, vacations) Hybrid work
