As an Enterprise Architect, you’ll play a vital role in designing and implementing the enterprise architecture. You will work closely with business and Technology leaders to ensure that the architecture supports the organisation's goals and objectives., working with clients across to manage the enterprise architecture, supporting the end-to-end development and management of architecture across all areas: people, process, technology, data and operations in supporting the business meeting its strategic goals. What you’ll do: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework including IT principles, IT strategy, and architecture reference models. Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align architecture with business goals. Monitor and evaluate the performance of architectural solutions. Ensure architectural solutions are scalable and sustainable. Meet firm's architectural standards and guidelines What we’re looking for: A hands-on AI architecture practitioner who has successfully built and delivered agent-based capabilities, ideally in professional services or enterprise settings where pace, governance, and stakeholder credibility are critical. Experienced in Enterprise Architecture with proficiency in frameworks like TOGAF and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP (IaaS and PaaS). Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, system integration, and maintaining architectural documentation. Senior leader skilled in delivering results through others, solving complex problems with minimal guidance, and leading technical experts or medium-sized operational teams. Capable of prioritizing work annually, aligning with broader business unit goals, and influencing stakeholders to support long-term strategic objectives. Technology Specific Experience Delivered complex enterprise solution architectures with expertise in software engineering, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and system integration, using frameworks like TOGAF. Designed and implemented GenAI solutions and AI agent architectures (single/multi-agent, orchestration, tool calling, planning, memory) on platforms including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, and ServiceNow. Applied responsible AI principles such as guardrails, bias management, audit logging, and oversight, and architected enterprise automations integrated with ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, and Microsoft 365. Industry Experience Experienced in large-scale enterprise environments supporting internal audit, risk, compliance, and control functions. Led enterprise-wide digital and AI transformation programs, delivering AI and automation through Centres of Excellence. Deployed AI-driven solutions across finance, risk, legal, HR, and ITSM domains. Other Specific Role Requirements Proven design authority with clear executive communication, strong architecture governance, and ability to enforce standards. Skilled at aligning long-term architecture strategy with delivery realities through effective collaboration across business, technology, and control functions.
