Description

The position is responsible for mapping business capabilities to IT solutions, ensuring that technology initiatives support and enhance business operations.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  1. 10 years of progressively responsible experience in IT/technology including successfully implementing one or more enterprise solutions; defining and delivering enterprise solutions in a technical and Enterprise Business Architect leadership role; and analyzing, designing, and optimizing infrastructure and enterprise integration solution.
  2. Providing business architecture analysis, capabilities, and workflows to improve efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
  3. Skill in analyzing complexities of existing technology, review/revise/develop policy.
  4. Familiarity with business process and assist business stakeholders with build vs buy decisions.
  5. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, as security is integral to the enterprise architecture.
  6. Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF (Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework).
  7. In-depth understanding of various technology domains, including application, data, and infrastructure architectures.
  8. Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as cloud computing, DevOps, microservices, and IoT, and their impact on enterprise architecture.
  9. Expertise in IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) to ensure that enterprise architecture meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  10. The ability to identify complex challenges and devise innovative, cost-effective solutions.
  11. Proficiency in managing organizational change and transitioning from current to future state architectures.
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Pay: $149,251.00 - $158,465.00 per year

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with leadership to understand corporate strategy and translate into actionable and measurable business architecture plans.
  2. Analyze and model business processes to create a coherent vision of data flows and operational workflows.
  3. Develop and maintain the business architecture framework, including business capability maps, process diagrams, and flowcharts.
  4. Identify opportunities for improvement within existing business processes and capabilities and recommend solutions.
  5. Work closely with IT department groups to ensure business architecture aligns with IT strategy, especially regarding system architecture and application landscape.
  6. Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the Airports Authority to gather feedback and requirements and to ensure alignment with business needs and priorities.
  7. Establish governance structures to ensure that the business architecture practices comply with internal standards and external regulations.
  8. Monitor the execution of projects with respect to business architecture guidelines and performance metrics.
  9. Prepares written materials and prepares and presents formal briefings regarding proposed architecture solutions.
  10. Maintains an up-to-date awareness of technological advances to help management plan future requirements in its efforts to align IT infrastructure to support business goals.
  11. Conduct a business transformation readiness assessment: Understanding the readiness of the organization to accept change, identifying the issues, and then dealing with them in the Implementation and Migration Plans
