In a sector facing economic headwinds, we’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect who can bring clarity, resilience, and strategic foresight to help us navigate complexity and build what’s next. We’re looking for an Enterprise Architect to help evolve the technology landscape of The Warehouse Group. As our Enterprise Architect, you will lead the design of scalable, secure, and customer-first technology solutions, connecting strategy to execution and guiding teams through complexity with clarity, empathy, and technical excellence. What You’ll Do Craft and evolve enterprise-wide architecture roadmaps Align technology strategy with business goals and future needs Lead governance frameworks that ensure consistency, quality, and compliance Evaluate emerging technologies and guide strategic adoption Communicate architectural decisions with empathy and influence Design resilient, future-proof systems that support innovation and growth Foster a collaborative engineering culture, working closely with architects, engineers, and delivery teams to drive unified solutions. Advocate for continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and architectural excellence across the organisation. Qualifications You are a seasoned enterprise architect with deep experience in large-scale technology environments. You’ll bring a strategic mindset, a solutions-driven approach, and the confidence to shape enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
