At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Enterprise Architect to join our UniQue Brussels, Belgium team. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for reviewing and improving the architecture of systems in the Jobs and Skills sector, ensuring alignment with institutional IT governance, monitoring system developments, and bridging communication between the internal IT unit and external development teams. Support to the project manager in product expertise is expected. What will you be bringing to the team? Propose and document architecture improvements, considering reuse of existing components and building blocks Ensure alignment between business needs and system architecture through documentation, presentations, and workshops Review technical analyses from external development teams and provide informed recommendations to the project manager Identify synergies with other IT systems and propose architectural solutions Support the project manager in IT development and architecture-related decisions Analyze risks and issues and propose mitigation strategies Collaborate with architects, business analysts, business owners, project managers, and external teams What do you need to succeed in this position?
