RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the “Go To” person for all technical guidance that is required.

  • Map to Sr IT executives and CXO teams from the customer side
  • Help sales teams in mining the account by giving them the required account context and providing the right solutions that solves the customer problems.
  • Identify any advisory and consulting opportunities that we can partner with. Help build this pipeline and provide technical leadership during execution.
  • Provide required technical guidance and support for any large deals and programs within the account.
  • Provide required technical guidance across the programs that we are running in the account
  • Successfully incorporates alliance partner solutions, acquired entity solutions, assets/tools/IPs in the solution to bring ‘best of Wipro’ to the design

Who we are looking for

Should be able to work with CXO teams and enterprise-wide initiatives in an advisory role

  • Experience in defining the IT strategy and roadmap
  • Experience with performing discovery and assessment of customers’ overall portfolio, IT and business priorities and customer insights to create a roadmap
  • Should have experience in driving cloud transformation initiatives
  • Experience in TOGAF, Setting up ARB, EA tooling
  • Experience in conducting Application Portfolio Rationalization exercises and defining the roadmap
  • Experience in handling the GTM activities supporting sales teams and delivery teams as the technical SME.
  • Experience in RFI/RFP, Providing solutions for complex, multi-million transformational initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team, as well as with various stakeholders, working closely with sales team to guide and evangelize patterns to help in navigating the customer ecosystem.
  • Experience in cloud platforms, cloud migration, UI/UX technologies in Angular/React, Java or .NET frameworks, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Integration technologies and API Gateways, Event streaming solutions like Kafka, Databases including cloud native databases etc
  • Experience in Generative AI and helping organizations adopt these for their SDLC automation and for various business and technical use cases.
