As an Enterprise Architect – Workplace Services, you will shape ING’s global digital workplace strategy, ensuring a seamless, secure, and future-proof end-user experience. You will be responsible for defining the architectural vision for M365, Endpoints, and IT Infrastructure, working across organizational boundaries to align ING’s workplace services with the bank’s broader enterprise strategy.
This role requires a unique blend of enterprise-wide oversight and deep technical expertise. You will engage with C-level stakeholders, translate high-level strategic goals into robust technical solutions, and provide architectural guidance for ING’s hybrid workplace environment. Your expertise in cloud-based workplace solutions, security, and large-scale infrastructure management will be critical in defining and optimizing ING’s next-generation workplace.

✅ Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

• Define and own the enterprise architecture strategy for Workplace Services, covering M365, Windows & Mac endpoint management, security, networking, and virtualization.
• Align Workplace Services with ING’s long-term business goals, ensuring digital transformation initiatives are strategically sound and well-executed.
• Develop and maintain a reference architecture and technology roadmap for workplace solutions, balancing innovation, security, and operational efficiency.
