Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of new product development experience
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Journey Mapping and Product Modeling
• 3+ years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentorin

Desired Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in operations research, applied statistics, economics, computer science, electrical engineering or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience with design, implementation and governance experience with Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning architecture

Wells Fargo is seeking an AI Platform Product Manager - User / Developer Experience for the Enterprise Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML) Platform Team within the Data Management & Insight organization.

REVOLUTIONIZE HOW WELLS FARGO LEVERAGES AI BY LEADING THE DEVELOPMENT SIGNIFICANT PRODUCT CAPABILITIES ON OUR STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE AI/ML PLATFORM, EMPOWERING DATA SCIENTISTS, ENGINEERS, AND BUSINESS USERS TO BUILD AND DEPLOY CUTTING-EDGE AI SOLUTIONS. THIS ROLE WILL FOCUS ON CREATING A SEAMLESS AND INTUITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR INTERNAL USERS OF THE PLATFORM, ACCELERATING THE DEVELOPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT OF GENERATIVE AND PREDICTIVE MODELS ACROSS THE COMPANY, BOTH ON-PREM AND ON PUBLIC CLOUD.

The AI Platform Product Manager will directly manage the delivery of one or more cross-functional teams of engineers and data scientists and will be responsible for delivering value through CXP improvement, operational efficiency, revenue generation, and / or risk reduction.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of strong human-centered design mindset, business analytical skills, deep technology expertise, and be transformational leader in delivering value to our business and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting the User Experience design and product strategy, guiding the product development teams, and ensuring the alignment of product features with strategic business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of AI and Cloud technologies, coupled with the ability to work effectively across teams to launch innovative and user-centric products.

In this role, you will lead:

• Product Vision and Strategy - Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI platform’s internal user experience
• Customer-centric Design - Deeply understand the needs of data scientists, ML engineers, and application developers, translating those needs into user-centric platform capabilities.
• Product Roadmap and Planning - Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Prioritize features and enhancements based on stakeholder input, business impact, and strategic importance.
• Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., business units, data scientists, engineers) to understand their needs and translate them into platform requirements. Ensure continuous engagement and alignment with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Cross-functional Leadership and Delivery - Lead cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers, to develop and deliver the AI platform. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to ensure the successful execution of the product vision.
• Performance Monitoring - Monitor the performance of deployed AI models and platform components, using metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Optimize platform performance and ensure it meets the needs of various AI use cases while maintaining scalability and reliability.
