Description We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Systems Analyst to support our Implementation team. This role serves as a technical expert in GIS spatial analysis and enterprise applications, delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs. The Systems Analyst will design, develop, and implement GIS applications and databases while providing consultative expertise to internal teams and external clients. What You’ll Do: Design, develop, and maintain GIS applications and relational databases Analyze complex datasets and provide spatial analysis insights Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to deliver client solutions Provide technical expertise during proposals, presentations, and client engagements Develop and implement testing strategies and ensure quality deliverables Translate GIS data into practical applications for client use Mentor team members and provide client training Track project progress, schedules, and budgets Maintain policies and procedures ensuring GIS data accuracy Prepare technical documentation and reports Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Planning, Computer Science, Engineering, GIS, or related field Minimum 6 years of experience in GIS or Systems Analyst role Experience with ESRI ArcGIS/ArcServer and enterprise GIS applications Strong knowledge of SQL/T-SQL, RDBMS, and data modeling Experience with .NET, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, IIS, or web APIs preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly Valid driver’s license required Work Environment & Physical Demands Work is primarily performed in an office environment with occasional fieldwork in varying weather conditions.
