Job Description Join our mission to revolutionize Crop Protection R&D through digital transformation. As an Enterprise Business Analyst, you'll drive the evolution of our Bioinformatics Platform, shaping how we leverage AI and data science in agricultural innovation. You'll be instrumental in a significant investment, focusing on bioinformatics data management, knowledge graphs, and pipeline integration. This role bridges science and technology, requiring someone who's both technically skilled and passionate about scientific innovation. Key Accountabilities Transform scientific needs into actionable functional concepts Shape strategic vision for platform components through deep understanding of scientific workflows Lead stakeholder engagement across scientific and IT communities Drive discovery and definition of new opportunities in bioinformatics solutions Champion innovation in scientific computing Develop value propositions connecting scientific needs with platform solutions Guide cross-functional collaboration to identify shared needs and reusable solutions Qualifications & Experience Master's degree or equivalent in Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, Computer Science, or related field Leadership experience in biotechnology R&D Solid experience in IT business analysis and within Agile/DevOps environments Deep understanding of bioinformatics solutions and scientific workflows Proven ability to build consensus across R&D stakeholder groups and cross-functional collaboration in R&D settings Strong influencing and communication skills Additional Information Our site Jealott's Hill International Research Centre UK is situated in pleasant semi-rural surroundings between Bracknell and Maidenhead and is the place of work for approximately 800 Syngenta scientists and support staff.
