• Take ownership of the business architecture for the Engineering Journey domain
• Lead and guide a team of 6 solution architects to ensure architectural alignment
• Oversee the migration of IT Service Management to HaloITSM (cloud-based)
• Support the development of Nexa Portal and Nexa Intelligence platforms
• Collaborate with business and tech leads to drive the area’s vision and delivery
