Summary: The Enterprise Business Development Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging an in-depth understanding of the company’s services, solutions, and value proposition. This role focuses on improving overall business performance through strategic relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and effective leadership. The Enterprise Business Development Lead will drive initiatives that align with organizational goals while guiding and developing the broader business development team. Responsibilities: Prospect Relationship Management  o Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospects.  o Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs.  o Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management to ensure strong conversion rates. Conduct Research on target industries and prospective clients.  o Analyze prospective client needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.  o Present findings and recommendations to leadership and business development team members.  o Use data and analytics to guide decision making and refine sales approaches. Coaching and Team Development  o Provide feedback and coaching to business development team members based on prospective client interactions and outcomes.  o Support business development through presentations and training initiatives aimed at increasing sales efficiency and effectiveness.  o Share best practices and effective sales techniques to improve team performance. Reporting and Performance Monitoring  o Monitor, track, and report on sales metrics and trends.  o Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline documentation.  o Provide regular updates to leadership regarding sales activities, forecasts, and results.  o Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions. Qualifications:  o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.  o Experience selling a service required.  o 3+ years of experience leading a sales team required.  o 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role preferred.  o Experience with a longer, complex sales cycle preferred.  o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  o Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies. Required Skills and Competencies:  o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  o Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.  o Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.  o Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.  o High level of professionalism and integrity.  o Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
