* Manage partnerships strategy for Direct sales channels. * Identify and address business development opportunities for new areas that are still at concept stage as well as existing areas. * Takes a lead role in short-listing of key ideas; seeks management approval for selected ideas for implementation. * share recommendations to identify relationship opportunities and create portfolio. * Develop partnerships with key partners to grow business. * Management of Partners to drive targets. * Support and manage sales team to generate hot leads. * Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
