JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team. This is your opportunity to be on the front lines of growth by identifying, connecting and engaging with decision makers at some of the largest organizations across North America. As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. You will work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to drive high-value meetings for pipeline creation.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should have at least 1 year of experience as an Enterprise BDR, ideally within a B2B SaaS startup or scale up.

Responsibilities
  • Own the top of the funnel by driving outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social engagement to targeted Enterprise accounts.
  • Create awareness, education, boost interest, and set up discovery calls for opportunity creation
  • Collaborate with our Account Executives to target priority accounts across North America for new enterprise logo acquisition
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and execute on lead follow-up plans for prospects generated from marketing programs and events
  • Become an expert in our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), competitive landscape and technical requirements so you can confidently position Rewind’s value.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings, opportunities and other key performance metrics
  • Report on weekly performance, both qualitative and quantitative, and track all sales activities in Salesforce
  • Develop Sales skills through regular coaching, training and review cycles to accelerate your career growth.
  • Consult and adapt to an evolving sales environment
