We’re hiring an Enterprise Business Systems Manager to lead and optimize the platforms that keep our business moving. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with leaders across the company to improve processes, streamline operations, and make our ERP and business systems work at their full potential. You won’t just maintain systems — you’ll transform how the business operates. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise ERP Analysts, Business Systems Analysts, ERP Administrator or IT Support Provide coaching, direction, and performance management Manage workload and project prioritization What You Will Do: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the company ERP system, including configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization Manage ERP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure system stability and performance Develops and implements roadmaps for business applications (ERP, CRM) that align with long-term company goals. Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate manual processes Lead ERP-related projects including system implementations, enhancements, and integrations Manage relationships with ERP vendors and external consultants Ensure ERP data accuracy and maintain strong data governance practices Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making Manages critical relationships with technology vendors, ensuring performance, quality, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP system issues Manage system integrations between the ERP and other business systems such as CRM, warehouse management, ecommerce, and financial platforms Maintain user roles, permissions, and system security controls Develop documentation and provide training to ERP users across the organization Serve as the primary escalation point for ERP-related support issues. Perform other related duties as assigned.
