Here's your chance to design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that also enhance accessibility, sustainability and overall quality of living for more people than you've imagined.   In this role, you'll: be working as part of the Enterprise Transformation and Change Division, within the Enterprise Change Management Branch, you will support Change Enablement and Delivery.You will provide support to stakeholders in the design and delivery of people program–focused change management projects and services, ensuring smooth project delivery for the Transport Cluster. You’ll play a key part in shaping and improving how we deliver enterprise wide change across the business. You’ll help design and refine change management frameworks, strategies and reporting, whilst driving best-practice that make change seamless. You’ll also support the development of our Centre of Excellence and Change Resource Hub, building tools and resources that boost capability and consistency.Our office is located at Macquarie Park, with Hybrid working arrangements. The team office days are Mondays and Thursdays and the team also comes together in person for activities such as branch all-in days, training sessions, planning workshops and collaborative work.This role operates within the team’s established delivery rhythm and contributes to collaborative outcomes across the branch, division and Enterprise. The role supports capability uplift through mentoring and guidance of team members. It also provides support for stakeholder engagement and broader change activities, which will be delivered in person to build strong relationships and establish trust.For more information on this position and business unit,  view the role description and information pack.   About you You bring solid experience in change management, ideally as a Change Analyst, with a proven ability to deliver projects and initiatives in complex matrix organisations. Enterprise-wide people program experience is an advantage i.e safety, risk and cultural change.Confident in preparing impact reports, conducting business assessments, and tracking progress, you ensure outcomes are achieved efficiently and effectively. With strong analytical skills, clear communication, and a collaborative approach, you’ll help stakeholders navigate change and make a real difference. Tertiary qualifications in change management, organisational psychology, organisational development, business, human resources or a related discipline is essential. A professional change management certification (e.g. Prosci®, Change Management Institute Accreditation, or equivalent) is highly regarded.
