About the Role As our Enterprise Change Manager, you will take a strategic leadership approach across our business, partnering with delivery teams to embed robust change management disciplines from the ground up. You will drive complex transformation across a global enterprise and have the ability to influence senior leadership and the business in adopting meaningful change. Reporting to the Head of Digital, Design and Delivery, you’ll bring together people, process, and purpose, leading the change strategy on this journey. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement enterprise-wide change management frameworks to support complex, multi-disciplinary transformation initiatives. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure change management practices are integrated into project lifecycles. Lead and facilitate quarterly planning sessions, setting the strategic focus for the next two quarters and aligning stakeholders on priorities. Embed change management disciplines across the organization, starting from ground zero and building sustainable practices. Collaborate with global and executive teams, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on change objectives and outcomes. Operate at pace, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver results in a dynamic environment. About You: Deep expertise in change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.). Proven experience leading enterprise change initiatives across multiple disciplines and geographies. Strong facilitation and planning skills, with the confidence to lead quarterly planning and drive consensus. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive and global teams.
