Serve as a senior enterprise organizational change management and strategic communications expert, providing leadership, mentoring, and strategic direction to executive sponsors, senior leaders, project and program teams, and key enterprise stakeholders. This role supports highly complex, large‑scale, and often multi‑year transformations, operating in environments characterized by ambiguity, evolving priorities, and diverse business unit cultures. The role is accountable for shaping and executing enterprise change and communications strategies that drive alignment, readiness, and sustained adoption across strategic initiatives.
