ENTREPRISE CLIENT MANAGER

We are looking for a driven Enterprise Client Manager to grow our client base, strengthen key relationships, and drive revenue through consultative sales, client retention, and strategic account management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Words and PowerPoint , for reporting and presentation purposes.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO) and order management systems to manage client pipelines and sales processes effectively.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles , contract negotiation, and deal-closing techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and integrity in managing sensitive customer and business information.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset and strong sense of accountability.
  • Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively across internal teams including presales, delivery, and marketing.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work with accuracy and timeliness.

QUALIFICATION :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Candidates with a Diploma and strong relevant experience in IT solution sales or systems integration may also be considered.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, enterprise solutions, and systems integration is highly preferred.Fluency in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ENTERPRISE CLIENT MANAGER

  • Drive business growth through both customer acquisition and retention, while maximizing profitability in alignment with defined targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach methods such as networking, cold calling, marketing initiatives, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate deals to successful closure while staying informed on market trends and conditions.
  • Craft compelling proposals and sales pitches to effectively engage potential clients.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tools to streamline the sales process and manage client information.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings and keep abreast of developments, trends, and challenges within the industry.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to set and achieve impactful goals.
  • Exhibit resilience and determination when overcoming obstacles or setbacks.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach and work in collaboration with marketing to attract, qualify, and nurture leads.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, leveraging both presales solutions expertise and customer insights to close deals effectively.
