This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 12 years Location: Hyderabad JobType: full-time We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Collaboration Lead to drive and oversee the strategic adoption, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 (M365) collaboration tools across the organization. This role requires a high-caliber professional with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in managing enterprise-wide collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the go-to authority for M365 platforms, providing L3 support, shaping collaboration strategies, and leading a skilled team to ensure seamless productivity and communication across business units. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 (M365) suite including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and other related tools. Act as an L3 expert, providing advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for complex enterprise collaboration issues. Drive enterprise-wide adoption of collaboration platforms by defining best practices, governance policies, and adoption strategies. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of collaboration specialists, ensuring consistent delivery of services, timely resolution of issues, and continuous skill development. Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to align collaboration initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence. Monitor system performance, usage analytics, and user feedback to continuously improve collaboration environments and recommend enhancements. Stay updated with the latest M365 features, updates, and industry best practices, and lead initiatives for their implementation across the organization. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, support processes, escalation procedures, and knowledge repositories. Lead enterprise projects related to digital collaboration transformation, migration, or upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Primary Skill: Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) suite, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and M365 security & compliance features. Expert Level: Proven L3 support experience, with advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization capabilities. Strong experience in enterprise collaboration strategy, governance, and adoption programs. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, driving performance, mentoring, and ensuring accountability. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, identity management (Azure AD), and cloud services integration. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proven ability to handle large-scale enterprise deployments and migrations with minimal disruption. Experience: 12–25 years of progressive experience in IT, with a strong focus on enterprise collaboration, Microsoft 365, and team leadership. Hands-on experience in enterprise collaboration projects, migrations, or transformation initiatives.
