You will lead engaging Zoom sessions, guide customers through product features, answer questions with clarity, and help clients feel supported every step of the way. This is not a basic customer service role — this is a client-facing SaaS trainer position that requires outstanding communication skills, software fluency, and the ability to teach complex concepts with ease.
