About the Role Are you ready to lead the architecture and design of a secure, scalable, and sustainable data ecosystem using Microsoft Fabric, AKS, and robust governance frameworks? This role will shape unified Guest 360 profile solutions by integrating diverse data sources and leveraging graph databases to unlock customer insights and drive innovation. You will drive compliance with data privacy regulations, advocate for top tier data management practices, and provide strategic leadership across solution delivery, platform optimization, and enterprise wide data initiatives. Embedded within the Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy function, this role will align data architecture strategy with business priorities, digital transformation, and regulatory requirements to support agile decision making. Be part of the team shaping aviation through data informed insights and architectural excellence. About You Degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture. Deep knowledge in relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Oracle), No-SQL DB (MongoDB) and Graph databases (e.g. Neo4j) Good understanding of change data capture process and tools. Certifications in leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with expertise in Kubernetes and integration tools, are highly desirable. Familiarity with architecture frameworks like TOGAF and SAFe is also preferred. Proven track record in delivering customer profile management and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions at scale. Good knowledge and experience in AI/ML and Agentic AI is desired.
