Enterprise Development Specialist Department: Sales Employment Type: Full Time Location: Coppell, Texas Compensation: $20.00 / hour Description The Platform Development Specialist is an entry-level role designed to welcome new clients onto the GME Supply Enterprise Platform and set them up for success. In this position, you’ll play an important part in creating a smooth, positive onboarding experience by supporting platform setup, keeping client momentum moving, and helping with routine requests or simple troubleshooting. Requirements for success: • Demonstrate resourcefulness in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues within system capabilities • Become an expert in GME Supply's enterprise platform to provide assistance during onboarding • Effectively manage the administrative aspects of the client credit application process • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences • Undertake additional duties as necessary to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders Ideal candidate qualities include: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively Competency with software and computers Why it's great to build your career with us!
