ABOUT US:

We are a growing network solutions company that provides high-quality installations and support for enterprise-level clients. Our projects include structured cabling, wireless systems, and complete network infrastructure. We are looking for a motivated Enterprise Field Technician / Project Coordinator who can bridge technical expertise with project management, quoting, and customer interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise networking installations or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of wireless access point deployment (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, or similar).
  • Experience preparing quotes, project documentation, and communicating with clients.
  • Comfortable with customer-facing roles; able to explain technical solutions clearly.
  • Ability to lead technicians on-site and manage multiple project tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable working at heights; Working at Heights and Elevated Platform certifications considered an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys, assess requirements, and provide accurate quotes for wireless access point and network infrastructure installations.

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee small-to-mid sized projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Install, configure, and mount wireless access points (WAPs), routers, and switches as needed.
  • Run and terminate network cabling (Cat6, fiber, etc.) to industry standards.
  • Safely work at heights, including on ladders and elevated work platforms (scissor lifts, boom lifts).
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Document work completed, provide reporting, and hand over to clients.
