About you:
As an Enterprise Franchisee Account Manager at Uber Eats, you will be responsible for a portfolio of franchised restaurants across Germany. Your mission: build strong relationships with each partner, support them in reaching their goals, and identify concrete levers to grow their business on the platform. You will serve as the main point of contact for your accounts: monitoring performance, providing tailored recommendations, implementing Uber Eats solutions aligned with their business needs, and coordinating with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Product) to move initiatives forward. The goal: create value on both sides, for our partners and for the platform, by combining a deep understanding of the field with business insight.
