Advisory and Collaboration: Act as an advisor to all technology groups, and the bank as a whole, when new technologies or business needs are identified. Collaborate with all levels of the bank, up to and including executive management, on the bank’s technology direction and business goals. Engage and coordinate with business stakeholders to map capabilities, value streams, and processes to technology solutions.
The Enterprise Architect requires competency in one key technological area of the bank and works with the other architects developing designs and reviewing designs for information systems to be implemented in accordance with the bank’s goals, needs and objectives. This involves the uniformity of application implementations under their influence with a deep understanding of the business needs and the business strategy along with the future vision of the team’s development within the enterprise’s direction and technology roadmap. To lead the development, integration, and governance of business and data architectures that enable enterprise-wide alignment of capabilities, processes, data assets, and technology platforms.

Our Benefits:
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $116,647.72 - $175,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
