Description Position Overview MoboTrex is seeking a Enterprise Human Resources Specialist to support HR operations across multiple business entities and locations throughout the United States. This position will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee support, compliance activities, and HR process execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-focused, and experienced in managing multiple HR functions within a fast-paced, multi-state environment. This role will work closely with HR leadership and business partners to deliver consistent and effective HR support across the enterprise. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Support Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities for exempt and non-exempt positions. Post positions, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications. Assist hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment activities. Maintain applicant tracking records and recruitment metrics. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires across all business entities. Facilitate new hire orientation and employee documentation. Manage employee status changes, transfers, promotions, and separations. Conduct exit interviews and support offboarding activities. Benefits Administration Serve as a primary contact for employee benefits questions and support. Administer health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement programs. Process benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations. Support annual open enrollment activities. Coordinate with benefit brokers and vendors to resolve employee issues. Leave & Compliance Administration Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, and other protected leaves. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Support workers' compensation and unemployment claims administration. Assist with HR audits and reporting requirements. HR Operations Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy. Generate HR reports and workforce metrics. Assist with policy administration and employee communications. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records. Requirements Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3-7 years of Human Resources experience. Experience with benefits administration, recruiting, and onboarding. Knowledge of multi-state employment practices. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred SHRM-CP or PHR certification. Experience supporting employees across multiple locations and states. Experience with leave administration and benefits compliance.
