As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing Bank’s strategic initiatives and delivering smart solutions (ranging from Robotics to AI-enabled solutions) that supports operational excellence and improve the ease of doing business. Key expectations from the role include deep knowledge of the private banking industry, strong understanding of industry trends specially in the AI space, good view of new technology trends in PB, relevant experience in managing small to medium projects for business stakeholders, strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills. YOUR CHALLENGE Primary Responsibilities Lead and drive end-to end Intelligent Process Automation initiatives by leveraging a broad range of automation and AI capabilities, from Robotics, Chatbot, Workflow to advanced AI and cognitive technologies Act as the key business representative, facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders Partner with business stakeholders to identify, shape, and prioritise automation opportunities that simplify work, improve ease of doing business, and deliver measurable efficiency benefits Build, maintain and prioritise automation pipeline, translate use cases into clear business requirements, and support solution design and delivery Work closely with business teams to define requirements, map as-is and to-be processes, manage expectations, and drive adoption of automation solutions Collaborate with technology teams to design, validate, and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with governance standard Coordinate testing and readiness activities, ensure smooth production transition and drive change management to enable effective adoption Support operational oversight for live automations, ensuring transparent user updates and effective resolution of incidents or issues Oversee project timelines, budgets and resource planning and allocation Manage project risks, dependencies, and inter-team coordination, ensuring strong governance and proactive mitigation of issues Provide clear, structured updates/ reports/ presentations to leadership and steering committees Support the overall governance and compliance for all automation initiatives Contribute to the bank’s vision of an intelligent bank by driving efficiency, scalability and innovation through automation Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations RANK Associate Director YOUR PROFILE SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Personal and Social Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Adaptable and comfortable working in fast changing, high-paced environments Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership of outcomes Curious and innovative, with a continuous-learning attitude (especially in AI and automation trends) Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when needed Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical or complex topics in simple business language Strong stakeholder management across teams Collaborative team player who facilitates alignment among cross-functional partners Professional and Technical University degree, or equivalent, in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline Strong knowledge of private banking business processes, client lifecycle, and control environments (preferred) Experience in process automation, digital transformation, business analysis, or AI-enabled initiatives Understanding of automation and AI capabilities such as RPA, workflow orchestration, AI, OCD/IDP, and cognitive automation Ability to map as-is and to-be processes, document business requirements, and define user journeys Familiarity with project management practices, including planning, risk management, governance, and reporting Experience coordinating UAT, business readiness, and change management activities We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
