Responsibilities
  • Accelerate revenue growth by identifying and converting high-potential leads into long-term enterprise clients within the UAE & ME IT sector.
  • Design and execute robust sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and evolving market dynamics.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline, maintain accurate forecasting, and document activity through CRM platforms.
  • Deliver high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition of WEBSTEP’s IT offerings.
  • Conduct detailed client needs assessments to recommend integrated IT solutions spanning software, hardware, and managed services.
