JOB SUMMARY

This role will be responsible for defining requirements and managing programs related to BD’s Global Learning Management System (LMS). This includes coordinating across multiple departments, to ensure successful implementation of projects as well as ongoing management of the system post-launch. The ideal candidate will have experience in SuccessFactors LMS system management, technical writing, training, and customer support, as well as strong communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of SuccessFactors LMS data model and system configuration capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proven track record of success in program management
  • Experience working with global teams and remote colleagues
  • Proficiency with SuccessFactors Reporting Tools (PRD & Report Stories/People Analytics Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with SuccessFactors learning management systems (LMS) validated instance preferred
  • Ability to Travel into office 2 Days a week for first 6 months. As needed moving forward

Responsibilities
  • Provides LMS training administration support to Central Teams and large training initiatives. This includes, but not limited to, course/curriculum administration, audience profile setup, and reporting.
  • Provides recommendations on to-be governance process.
  • Monitors training mailbox daily and provides timely response to inquiries related to training and LMS.
  • Reviews ITOne service requests and approves for processing.
  • Serves as the Business Partner Liaison for LMS.
  • Is the internal LMS expert (‘consultant’) to local administrators on training process and setup.
  • Interfaces with Vendor, Course Owner, and IT on training item (new/revised courses, license renewal, troubleshooting course performance issues).
  • Develops and maintains LMS procedures, ecourses, job aids.
  • Creates, delivers, and maintains LMS resources to train and support administrators and learners.
  • Develops and disseminates LMS communications to key stakeholders on system enhancements, outages, course issues, and resolutions,
  • Recommends utilization of LMS features that will enhance overall user experience.
  • Ensures compliance with enterprise LMS and training course standards and policies.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements
  • Use Analytic tools to report on data and utilize for analysis
  • Ensure compliance with security standards
  • Work cross-functionally to identify solutions and resolve issues
