POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Enterprise Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing activities for our Enterprise segment. You’ll play a hands-on role in running campaigns, developing high-quality content, and working closely with our sales and product teams to drive pipeline growth. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy producing impactful content, love the detail behind campaigns, and are excited by the opportunity to help shape how we go to market in a growing team. This is a varied and collaborative role with ample scope for learning and growth.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in a B2B marketing role, working with enterprise clients, preferably within technology, SaaS, ERP, or construction sectors.
  • Strong track record of designing and delivering successful enterprise-level marketing campaigns and events.
  • Confidence in engaging with stakeholders, including C-level executives, partners, and internal teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials suited for senior audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Insightful analytical skills—comfortable interpreting data and market research to shape marketing decisions and measure results.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a solution-focused and collaborative approach to work.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enterprise marketing strategies aligned with Eque2’s business objectives and marketing goals within the construction and ERP software market.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, product, and account management teams to identify and target key enterprise accounts and build tailored multi-channel campaigns that resonate with senior decision makers.
  • Utilise data-driven approaches to analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform ongoing marketing activities and optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content, such as thought leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers, and event collateral, to position Eque2 as a market leader in construction ERP solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage industry events, webinars, partner programmes, and trade shows that engage enterprise prospects across the construction technology sector.
  • Track and report on key enterprise marketing performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and ROI on all campaigns and initiatives.
