Description

Meta is seeking an experienced and strategic Enterprise Marketing Lead to drive the marketing efforts for our cutting-edge enterprise solutions, including WhatsApp business messaging and Business AI. This role requires a groundbreaking leader with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with large enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the potential of AI and messaging to transform business communication and customer experiences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise marketing, with a focus on B2B software, SaaS, or technology solutions
  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and developing teams
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful enterprise marketing strategies that have driven significant business growth
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the unique challenges of marketing to large organizations
  • Proven communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with wide-ranging stakeholders
  • Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field
  • Experience marketing business messaging platforms, AI solutions, or similar communication technologies
  • Familiarity with Meta’s products and ecosystem, including ads
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enterprise marketing strategy: Define the overarching marketing strategy for Meta’s enterprise business messaging and AI solutions, aligning with product roadmaps and sales objectives. This includes market segmentation, competitive analysis, and identifying key value propositions for various enterprise verticals
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team: Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of skilled enterprise marketers. Foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Drive marketing initiatives across the funnel: manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including content marketing, demand generation, product launches, events, and sales enablement materials, to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption among enterprise clients
  • Accountability for results: Establish clear KPIs and metrics for all marketing activities, regularly track performance, and hold the team accountable for achieving ambitious targets. Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, sales, partnerships, and comms teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective go-to-market strategies, and seamless customer journeys
  • Market intelligence and thought leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in enterprise communication and AI. Position Meta as a thought leader in the space through strategic content and engagement
  • Budget management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives
