Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Enterprise Marketing Manager to drive marketing efforts for Meta’s enterprise solutions, including WhatsApp Business Messaging and Business AI. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that engage with executive-level audiences and drive the successful implementation of integrated marketing programs. You will play a key role in shaping our brand perception among enterprise clients and contribute directly to revenue growth. You are excited about the potential of AI and messaging to transform business communication and customer experiences.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a significant focus on enterprise marketing and executive engagement
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and the unique challenges of marketing to large organizations
  • Experience crafting compelling narratives for executive audiences
  • Project management skills, with the experience to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Proven collaborator in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Experience of working on issues that may not be clearly defined and require strategy, direction, analysis of situations and conceptual thinking
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and refine marketing strategies specifically designed to engage and influence C-suite and executive decision-makers within large enterprise organizations
  • Program Management: Lead the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing programs, including but not limited to, executive events, thought leadership content, account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and strategic digital campaigns
  • Content Development: Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, product teams, and external agencies to create high-impact marketing collateral tailored for executive audiences, such as whitepapers, executive briefs, case studies, and presentations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales leadership, product management, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and sales enablement needs
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of enterprise marketing programs, identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise marketing and executive engagement
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present marketing strategies, program plans, and performance results to internal stakeholders, including leadership
