At Jabra, a part of GN, we’re looking for a 9-10 months Parental Cover in our Enterprise Operations team. This is a great chance to gain deep insights into the many different aspects of the business.
Enterprise Operations is one of 6 teams that make up Planning & Performance. Wherein, we ensure the most efficient and effective operational processes, deliver insights, and manage Division performance. In this position, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, responsible for Sales & Marketing go-to-market support, and report to the VP Planning & Performance.

The goal of the Enterprise Operations team is to ensure clear communication and planning between the teams. We also support the leadership team in coordinating the annual operational plan, providing governance of Monthly Business Reviews, defining ways of working across functions, and managing the Enterprise divisional calendar and communications.
You will be an asset to the team if you thrive in a busy environment, enjoying having varied projects and tasks, and can communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Core responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the Enterprise calendar is up to date and communicating any changes.
  • Keep track of actions from monthly reviews and follow up on these.
  • Internal communications plan - working closely with PR on communication strategy and updating the calendar.
  • Support on planning, content, and agenda for All-hands call, GLG meetings, and quarterly update event.
  • Support in facilitating communication between different teams in the company.
