Do you enjoy taking part in a variety of tasks and projects, interacting with a multitude of stakeholders, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks? At Jabra, a part of GN, we’re looking for a 9-10 months Parental Cover in our Enterprise Operations team. This is a great chance to gain deep insights into the many different aspects of the business.
Enterprise Operations is one of 6 teams that make up Planning & Performance. Wherein, we ensure the most efficient and effective operational processes, deliver insights, and manage Division performance. In this position, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, responsible for Sales & Marketing go-to-market support, and report to the VP Planning & Performance.
The Planning & Performance team is known for its collaborative spirit and strategic focus. We pride ourselves on being a cross-functional team with many stakeholders, forming meaningful partnerships across the company. Our culture is one of curiosity, innovation, and commitment to understanding the voice of the customer and the dynamics of the market we operate in. The goal of the Enterprise Operations team is to ensure clear communication and planning between the teams. We also support the leadership team in coordinating the annual operational plan, providing governance of Monthly Business Reviews, defining ways of working across functions, and managing the Enterprise divisional calendar and communications.
You will be an asset to the team if you thrive in a busy environment, enjoying having varied projects and tasks, and can communicate clearly with stakeholders.
