Leads all Enterprise Ops matters from the Contractor’s perspective. Responsibilities: Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, financial and business development activities. Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation. Responsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned program(s) Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits. Performs business development activities at all stages, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals. Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement. Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances. Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents. Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested. Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards. Required Qualifications: Minimum of eight (8) years networks and systems operations experience in support of NetOps C2, and communications to include governance and policy and process development and implementation. Of the eight years engineering experience, at least four (4) years of experience managing/leading network C2 operations at a NOC/NOSC or in a major DoD or IC network computing or communications program. Active TS/SCI clearance required. Minimum of fifteen (15) years of general IT experience. Experience with developing policy and implementation plans for cross‐network communications, including Service and Joint networks is required. Experience in the available DoD classified and unclassified communications transport, and the organizations that manage them. Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $25M and above. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or information/technology systems management. PMP Certification as accredited by the American National Standards Institute IAW the International Organization for Standardization 17024 (Project Management Institute (PMI)). Preferred Qualifications: The ability to work and set priorities on multiple projects/tasks at once and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced team-oriented environment The ability to manage a diverse worldwide operations team. Must meet DODM 8140.03 requirements for IAT Level III The likely salary range for this position is $141,100 - $190,900. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
