Your Mission We are looking for an Enterprise Partnerships & Buying Manager to strengthen and expand our strategic B2B partnerships in DACH. Your mission is to secure high quality and predictable inflows of e-bikes through agreements with major industry players. This role is primarily about relationship management, structured deal execution, and accelerating decisions on existing opportunities. You will work with sophisticated partners who expect senior level engagement, clear business cases, and fast, professional processes. You will collaborate closely with operations, pricing, and leadership to translate partnerships into scalable inventory growth for Upway. Your missions: Own and grow strategic partnerships: Manage a portfolio of large retail chains, leasing providers, and OEMs. Build trust based relationships and become the key contact for all commercial topics. Accelerate existing opportunities: Push partners to move from discussions to decisions. Ensure fast deal cycles to create a continuous and predictable inflow of inventory. Negotiate framework agreements: Lead complex commercial negotiations, secure favorable purchasing conditions, and align on volumes, pricing, and service levels. Drive structured account development: Develop joint business plans with key partners, define growth initiatives, and translate them into quarterly execution roadmaps. Cross functional orchestration: Coordinate with product, pricing, operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth onboarding, reliable pickups, and strong partner experience. Innovate partnership approaches: Identify new commercial levers such as joint campaigns, affiliate models, or alternative sourcing setups to unlock additional volume. What We’re Looking For Experience: 5+ years in enterprise sales, key account management, or strategic buying. Background in mobility, leasing, logistics, marketplace, or SaaS is a strong plus. Enterprise sales skills: Proven ability to navigate multi stakeholder organizations and close complex deals with long decision cycles. Relationship excellence: High emotional intelligence and credibility at senior level. You build trust while keeping a strong commercial edge. Negotiation strength: Track record of securing structured agreements that balance partner value with Upway economics. Commercial creativity: Ability to design new partnership models and campaigns beyond standard purchasing setups. Data driven mindset: Comfortable working with forecasts, ROI cases, and KPIs to prioritize opportunities and manage performance.
