YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU HAVE…

  • Extensive experience of project and programme management including experience of running a project portfolio or PMO function
  • Ability to ‘make things happen’ and lead a well-organised and empowered team with a positive attitude
  • Demonstrable experience of industry standard portfolio and programme office processes, including evidence of creating strong reporting
  • Evidence of building high-performing teams with a culture of collaboration
  • Experience of running project/programme governance processes and managing complex projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communication, persuasive and presentation skills with an ability to communicate detail in an accessible and engaging manner
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a portfolio management function and providing portfolio services in a corporate environment
  • Experience of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Professional qualifications in Project Management are preferred but not essential

An exciting opportunity has risen to join our Business Transformation team as an Enterprise PMO Manager here at Covéa Insurance.

The role is a hybrid role, therefore will involve a mix of working from home and from our Halifax office.
